As with meat, sausage casings are subjected to constant inspections and certifications imposed by local and EU health authorities to monitor their eligibility for use. From receipt to delivery, Fortis performs each operation in accordance with the internal procedures contained in a strict self-control manual inspired by HACCP principles.
